Around May and June, every year, thousands of these things infest the towns in my area. Thousands. You can't even see the sidewalk in some places.

And they smell really bad.

xD I have a cottage, and they completely INVADED us this year /)_(\ I used to torture them when I was younger. >_< Mayflies only smell when they're dead. o_O
